A beautiful young man, whose boundless energy and laughter brought joy to all who knew him.
That is how the Marist College Bendigo community has remembered Dante Ross.
The 16-year-old boy died on Monday afternoon, after being struck by a car while riding his bike in Strathfieldsaye on Saturday night.
He had celebrated his birthday the previous weekend.

A 16-YEAR-OLD is in a critical condition in a Melbourne hospital after a crash in Strathfieldsaye.
The boy was hit by a car while riding his bike in Strathfieldsaye on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to the crash on Strathfieldsaye Road about 10.30pm on Saturday.
The boy was flown to Bendigo Hospital with head and leg injuries, where he was stabilised enough to be flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Police are investigating the incident. No charges have been laid.
