
POLICE are searching for Serpentine man Ian Whinfield, who has been missing since Christmas Day.
The 82-year-old was last seen by family after attending a Christmas lunch in Lake Bolac on December 25.
Police were notified on December 26. Mr Whinfield had not returned home after leaving Lake Bolac at about 4pm the previous day.
A search found Mr Whinfield's red Nissan ute on Emery Track, Glenpatrick on the afternoon of December 27.

Mr Whinfield has yet to be found. Police have released an image of him in the hope that someone may be able to provide more information about his whereabouts.
He was last seen wearing green slacks, a green shirt, cap and brown shoes.
Anyone who sees Mr Whinfield or has information about his location is asked to contact Avoca Police station on 5465 3300.
