A man who drove with both cannabis and alcohol in his system has been banned from driving for a year.
Ashleigh Kelly pleaded guilty in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court this week to driving at night without headlights, driving without a P-plate showing and exceeding the prescribed concentration of both drugs and alcohol.
Police saw Kelly driving on Somerville Street in Flora Hill without headlights about 11.30pm on July 19 this year.
When Kelly was pulled over he produced a probationary licence, but had no P-plate showing on the rear of his vehicle.

Representing himself in court, Kelly said: "I don't have much to say about it, it's pretty stupid".
Magistrate Dominic Lennon fined Kelly $1000 with conviction, and disqualified him from driving for the mandatory minimum of 12 months.
