CAROLS AND CONCERTS
Celebrate the festive season by gathering family and friends to sing Christmas Carols.
Enjoy Church will have two carol services on, one at 3pm and another at 5.30pm.
After these services there will be free activities for the whole family to participate in such as a jumping castle, Ferris wheel, train rides, face painting and much more.
There will also food trucks.
Where: Enjoy Church, Phillips Drive, Kangaroo Flat.

A fun-filled family-friendly event.
Enjoy a magical world of Christmas with characters like Tina Tinsel and your favourite jolly couple, Santa and Mrs Claus.
There will also be festive dances and all your favourite Christmas songs.
All profits raised are to be donated to the Bendigo Hospital Appeal.

COME SING CHRISTMAS
Join the Bendigo Chamber Choir, Bendigo Chamber Orchestra and soloists for an afternoon of music.
Directed by Michael Bottomley, this musical event will feature orchestral, classical Christmas works, including Haydn's Little Organ Mass.
Tickets available from the Capital Theatre, adults $25, concession $20.

These community Christmas carols are performed by the local kinder, primary school and choir of Axedale.
There will be a gymnastic demonstration by Palmers Gym, a face painter and a jumping castle, there will also be food stalls, a coffee van and much more.
Santa will also be in attendance.

The Bendigo and Central Goldfields Bush Poets proudly present their free Christmas concert.
There will be lots of great entertainment, bush poetry, music and yarns.
Walk up bush poets or musicians welcome.
Join in for tucker from noon at the club, concert begins at 1pm.

Get into your festive spirit with the Eaglehawk community carols event.
There will be various guest artists, school choirs, the Eaglehawk Citizens Brass Band and much more to see and do at this event.
There will be a sausage sizzle from 6pm with carols at 7pm.
Bring your picnic rug and make an evening of it.

CAROLS IN THE CATHEDRAL
Join the Marist Brass Band for an evening of Christmas cheer in one of Bendigo's most iconic buildings.
There will be performances by the youth program, the Marist Academy of Brass, the Sacred Heart Cathedral Choir and Marist College Bendigo School Choirs.
Get your singing voices ready for this event.
Bring own cushion and water, children encouraged to attend.

Enjoy your Christmas favourites, with delightful harmonies at this carols event.
MaCapella singers are a special group of mums who sing together, where their children are welcomed.

Community members are invited to gather in Strathfieldsaye for the annual carols.
There will be local artists and school children performing songs for all to enjoy.

Apollo Productions presents their annual Christmas recital, an evening of choral music performed in a local cathedral.
The performance features choral musical from across the centuries and world, with the choir surrounded by candles.
This year's recital will be in two sections, with the first half celebrating Christmas and traditional music, with the second half being more contemporary.
The line-up of singers includes, Dan Sexton, Rob Blum, David Plathe, and sopranos Ally Grenfell, Jessie Austin and Georgina Ellis, just to name a few.

CHRISTMAS WITH MELBOURNE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (MSO) presents an evening of Christmas favourites with classical pieces.
The concert is conducted by Benjamin Northey and will feature Opera Australia's mezzo soprano Jacqui Dark.
They and the orchestra will perform a selection of Christmas songs and classical favourites including, White Christmas, Hark the Herald Angels sing, Silent Night and selections from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker.

CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT
Bendigo will come alive for the annual, spectacular Christmas carols in the lead-up to Christmas.

COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS LUNCH
For residents who may be alone or are facing financial difficulties this Christmas, you are encouraged by the City of Greater Bendigo to register for the Community Christmas Lunch.
This lunch is two courses of cold meats, salads, desserts and traditional festive trimmings.
This is an alcohol free event.
Registrations are essential and must be received by Friday, December 6 by 5pm.
Bookings can be made by calling the City on 5434 6000 or visiting the City's offices.

Santa is in town and is hiding at a secret location, but luckily for locals the Santa tram knows where to find him.
Head to the Santa tram and have your photo taken with the jolly man himself and let him know what you would like for Christmas.

SANTA AT RESOURCE CENTRE
Santa will be making guest appearances throughout Maryborough, with one location being under the decorated Christmas tree at the Resource Centre.
Parents are encouraged to bring along their children and take photos with Santa for a gold coin donation.

Hosted by the Inglewood Community Neighbourhood House Inc., this event will raise money towards the Ocean Cleanup.

Bring in old toys and swap them for "new" ones.
If you have no toys to swap, purchase a toy for a gold coin donation.

There will be greyhound and harness racing to watch, free Christmas showbags to the first 200 children, free children's meals, a magic show and face painting and a visit from the jolly man himself, Santa.

Bendigo may not be the place you think of when it comes to a Christmas Winter Wonderland, but the Reforming Church has made the magical day happen.
This free event will include lots of craft activities and games for children, igloos and even snow.

Greater Bendigo Danceland will be hosting their Christmas Dance this December.
