The Ravenswood Homestead will host two events as part of the Bendigo Blues and Roots Music Festival next week.
Nadine Adler, who owns the historic property, said they approached festival organisers in an effort to be part of events in and around Bendigo.
"It is the first time we have done it, so it will be a test of the space to see what it can be like," she said.
"Our stables and events space has been re-done and it's quite a unique location so hopefully people can come and enjoy it."
The Homestead will host eight acts including on Saturday from noon to 10pm with and four acts including Bendigo's Alanna and Alicia from noon to 5pm on Sunday. Entry to the Ravenswood events is $15 each day.
Ms Adler purchased the property in 2018 and has been working to prepare it for the end of this year.

"We have been finishing things off and will start taking bookings for early next year," she said.
"We are also looking to explore other options to make it accessible to the public in a limited capacity so we can respect the ground it is on."
The Bendigo Blues and Roots Festival begins on Thursday, November 7 and runs until Sunday, November 10. More than 120 acts and 44 venues are involved in this year's festival.
