A WOMAN is lucky to be alive after her vehicle rolled onto its roof in Sedgwick on Monday morning, police say.
Bendigo Leading Senior Constable Bruce Slimmon said the woman, 73, was travelling southbound when the car went wide at a corner and hit gravel.
He said the woman overcorrected, which caused the car to roll.
Leading Senior Constable Slimmon said the woman was lucky to be alive.
He said she had no injuries bar a sore neck.
Leading Senior Constable Slimmon said the cause of the crash was unknown, but reminded people not to drive while fatigued.
The woman was taken to Bendigo Hospital in a stable condition.

PARAMEDICS are treating one person at the scene of a crash in Sedgwick.
No information is available as to the person's condition.
Emergency services were called to the single car crash on Sedgwick Road at about 12.15 on Monday.
A car appears to have rolled into a ditch by the side of the road.
Traffic was flowing by 12.40pm.
