The burn will be active over Tuesday and Wednesday with smoke expected to be visible until Saturday.
The fuel-reduction burn will be focused on the Kimbolton-Airport Track area.
Smoke may be visible from Kimbolton, Eppalock, Myrtle Creek and Mosquito Creek.
Drivers are advised to take care and obey all traffic signs and instructions from fire crews near the burn.
If you experience and symptoms realted to smoke exposure you should seek medical advice.
Access to walking tracks, camp grounds and picnic sites may be limited.
