Castlemaine and Swan Hill's police stations past are among 12 properties the Department of Treasury and Finance is selling.
The Castlemaine station covers 1024 square metres of crown land, the Swan Hill outpost 966 square metres.
Castlemaine officers moved into new premises in 2014, linked to a heritage station operational between 1921 and 1977.
The new premises were the town's first purpose-built police station.
The former station building dates from the 1960s, sitting at 50 Lyttleton Street. It boasts 14 rooms, with toilet facilities on each of two floors.
Swan Hill's former police station is listed for $253,000, with two bathrooms and four car spaces. Castlemaine station's price is not stated.
Sale of government owned land is managed through licenced agents.
A former home in Wycheproof is the final central Victorian property listed for sale by the Department of Treasury and Finance. The four bedroom property on Jolly Street is listed at $145,000.
A number of central Victorian properties are being prepared for sale by the department.
The former Barkers Creek Primary School on Lighthorse Road is slated for future sale, as is the former Castlemaine State School on Duke Street.
