Both Piper Dunlop and Dyson Daniels have been named in the under-16 squads, with Bendigo Spirit's Tracy York as head coach of the girls.
The girls team also includes an array of core players from the gold medal winning team that competed at the 2018 FIBA Oceania Championships.
York will lead the girls at the Asia Championships which act as a qualifying event for the 2020 FIBA Under-17 World Championships in Romania.
Melbourne United assistant coach Justin Schueller has been appointed as the head coach of the boys who will be competing for a top-four finish at the Asia event to qualify for the 2020 World Championships in Bulgaria.
In order to be selected for the team, both Daniels and Dunlop attended a three-day selection camp held at the Basketball Centre of Excellence.
No dates or venue have been announced for the Asia Championships.
