Two assists from Frank Gibbs led to two well-taken goals from Thomas Kay before Geelong cut Bendigo's lead to one from the penalty spot.
With conditions worsening in the second half, Bendigo almost extended its lead when a fast break saw Gibbs hit the post. Bendigo was reduced to ten players, but managed to play out the final 15 minutes without conceding, largely due to a confident display by goalkeeper Max Shanahan.
In the under-14's, strong defensive play from Noah Rimmer and Noah Mulcair denied every advance Geelong made in the first half.
The second half saw Geelong utilise the wind with repeated long balls and the home side took the lead via a long-range shot.
Midway through the second half, Geelong went down to 10 player after its winger illegally brought down Noah Mulcair. Bendigo capitalised on the advantage and levelled the scores through Hamish Walker.
The under-13s couldn't capitalise on the strong wind in their favour in the first half and went into half-time 1-0 down. The closest Bendigo came to scoring was a brilliant run from full-back by Joel Feeney, who evaded two opponents to shoot, but narrowly missed the goal.
Bendigo went down 3-0 in the second-half before a run and cross by Will Zantuck found Riley Kerr, who chipped the ball beautifully over the keepers head. The final score was 3-1 to Geelong.
Bendigo City's last game is on Saturday at Epsom against Melbourne Knights.
