A hotel dating back to the early days of Bendigo is for sale for a listed $700,000.
The freehold to Long Gully's Manchester Arms Hotel has gone on the market.
A hotel has been at 136 Eaglehawk Road since the 1850s, though the current building was erected in 1866, according to a 1992 heritage assessment by Graeme Butler and Associates.

A hotel restaurant and bar is operating out of the premises, real estate agent Gavin Butler said.
"The lady who owns the building has had it for many years. She wants to move on," he said.
