The honour comes 10 years after she won the then SEABL women's MVP award in 2009.
The point guard had a brilliant 2019 season, averaging 19.2 points, 10.5 assists, 6.4 rebounds and 1.9 steals per game.
Coaches and referees recorded 3-2-1 votes after each regular season game, with the MVP winner being the player with the highest total votes.
Wilson's consistency earned her the award as she guided the Braves to within one win of the championship game.
One of the highlights of her season was recording a triple-double against Knox.
Wilson had 13 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds against the Raiders.
The 34-year-old also earned a berth in the NBL1 women's All-Star Five.
The women's NBL1 All-Star Five was comprised of Wilson, Lauren Nicholson (Kilsyth Cobras), Rebecca Cole (Dandenong Rangers), Lauren Scherf (Knox Raiders) and Ezi Magbegor (Geelong).
Braves import Ray Turner was named in the men's All-Star Five.
The power forward was rewarded for an oustanding season.
Turner was joined by Demarcus Gatlin (Geelong Supercats), Jerry Evans Jr (Ballarat Miners), Dane Pineau (Melbourne Tigers) and Simon Conn (Nunawading Spectres).
Gatin was named the men's Most Valuable Player.
The Bendigo Braves were crowed the NBL1's best club after the men's team finished runner-up and the women's team made it to the preliminary final.
After leading Frankston Blues to the preliminary final in their first post-season appearance since 2012, Andrew Harms was named NBL1 men's Coach of the Year.
Ringwood Hawks coach Tim Mottin was named NBL1 women's Coach of the Year, after his club made a run to the semi-finals.
