THE Bendigo Suns will be determined to make a strong finish to their Victorian FIDA Football League season when they play their last round of matches at Wangaratta on Sunday.
The Suns make the trip to Wangaratta having won eight of their 16 games and sitting third on the ladder.
"We've had a really enjoyable season and seen some great development among our players in not just their football, but personal growth as well," Suns coach Daniel Wridgway said.
"We've had a lot of new players get involved this year, which has been great, and hopefully, we can finish off with some strong performances on Sunday."
Sunday's games will be played at Norm Minns Oval.
Ladder - Wodonga (14-2), Wangaratta Merriwa (12-4), Bendigo (8-7-1), GV Stars (3-12-1), Echuca Moama (2-14).
