Harley Dix, 27, Jara Dix, 20, and Benjamin Judge, 28, were each charged with kidnapping and other offences in April this year, in relation to events in Spring Gully on March 15.
These occurred on the same date a man named Steven Judge died from stab wounds to his abdomen.
A 19-year-old man was arrested in relation to the death, but released pending further investigation.
In the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, Mr Dix, Ms Dix and Mr Judge pleaded guilty to charges of kidnapping and intentionally causing injury.
Their matters will proceed to the County Court later this year for further plea and sentencing.
They remain on bail.
