An Environment Protection Authority Victoria crew attended earlier today following a report of a white substance discharging from a pipe into the creek.
A spokesperson from the EPA said the organisation was investigating the discolouration of water.
EPA has urged people to report pollution to its 24-hour hotline by calling 1300 EPA VIC (1300 372 842) or online at epa.vic.gov.au/get-involved/report-pollution
