Senior Constable Brendan McManus said the offender or offenders entered the property sometime between July 17 and July 20, using an angle grinder to cut a padlock from an entry gate.
Once on the property, they manipulated the lock on a shed and again used the angle grinder to open the gun safe.
A 12-gauge shotgun and a .22 rifle were stolen.
Also lost was a large amount of tools, including power tools, a jackhammer, a generator and chainsaws.
Fishing equipment and an electric bike were also among the items taken.
The house on the property was unoccupied at the time.
