Worksafe alleges the department threatened to alter an employee's position to his detriment on December 8, 2017, because he raised issues or concerns about health and safety.
WorkSafe alleges the department changed the employee's position to his detriment on December 21, 2017.
Two charges have been filed under section 76 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.
The matter will be heard on July 30.
