Emergency services were called to the Murchison-Whroo Road fire about 10.40pm on Thursday.
No one was home at the time.
A police spokesman said the rural property was totally destroyed in the blaze.
Fire investigators will return to the site on Friday to continue their examinations.
It is one of a number of house fires this week.

Firefighters believe a fire in a Kangaroo Flat could have been started with a child playing with a lighter. The blaze is not being treated as suspicious.
