Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Marcus Edwards.
The 29-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to breach of court orders.
Edwards is described as having a solid build with short brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Echuca, Portland and Heywood areas.
Investigators have released an image of Edwards in the hope someone might have information on his current whereabouts.
Police urged anyone who saw Edwards or had information on his whereabouts to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a confidential report at crimestoppersvic.com.au.
