One person was home at the time.
Three CFA units, police, SES and council attended the incident.
Bendigo Police say they received a "massive amount" of calls for assistance as heavy winds and rain swept through central Victoria between 3 and 5pm.
A Bendigo sergeant said a number of trees were down around the Elmore and Goornong area, and south towards Kyneton and the Macedon Ranges.
Every available police unit was out attending such incidents, the sergeant said.
She warned people to take extra time and extra care on the roads in the wet conditions.
