Elizabeth the Second has chosen to celebrate the Victorian public holiday with cake.
The hay-bale artwork was created by Denise Leed, whose pieces have become something of a holiday tradition in the paddock this year.
Other well-known figures to pop up have included the Easter Bunny, two Australia Day revellers and Ray, an Anzac digger inspired by a descendant who left the region for the battlefields of World War One.
