When Joel Selwood runs out for Geelong this Saturday against Sydney, the Selwood brothers will join the Madden brothers for the second-most games played by a family in AFL/VFL history.
Joel, Scott, Adam and Troy Selwood have combined for 709 games, one behind Essendon and Carlton ruckmen Simon and Justin Madden.
Joel leads the way with 280 games ahead of Adam with 187, Scott with 167 and Troy with 75.
Should Scott earn a promotion from Geelong's VFL side this week the family will move ahead of the Maddens.
