FRIDAY SPORTS WRAP
Ahead of the resumption of the BFNL season on Saturday, we've spoken to the clubs about how they are faring with their reserves numbers this year.
Only 13 of the 25 reserves games so far have featured 22 v 22 as the number shortage across the competition continues to be an issue.
Meanwhile, it's a big weekend for Golden Square with the club's inaugural Hall of Fame induction.
Among those being inducted is club great Peter Moroni, who played 456 games for the club.
The Bulldogs also feature in the BFNL match of the round when they host Eaglehawk. Both sides are 4-1.
And Super Netball comes to Bendigo on Saturday afternoon when Collingwood takes on the West Coast Fever at the Bendigo Stadium from 3pm.
The Fever are chasing their first win of the season and certainly aren't being taken lightly by Magpies coach Rob Wright.
Whatever team you're supporting this weekend, enjoy your sport.
