LODGING your vote in the Mallee electorate this weekend?

People in Horsham can have their say at the Horsham CWA Hall at 37 McPherson Street; Horsham Masonic Hall at 27 Urquhart Street; Horsham Primary School Rasmussen campus at 2B Rasmussen Road; and Horsham West Primary School at 25 Hillary Street.

Polling places open at 8am and close at 6pm sharp.

Voters can explore which parties and candidates best match their own views through an online tool before the Federal Election campaign.

The interactive platform has been built in partnership with the Australian National University, The Age and the Sydney Morning Herald in a bid to sharpen the focus on policies, better inform voters, and lift faltering public trust in politics.

The system, smartvote Australia, asks voters 35 questions about their views on social issues, taxation, immigration, the environment, foreign affairs and the budget.
