A woman was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital today with injuries to her upper body and legs, an Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman has confirmed.
The woman was transported in a stable condition.

A woman is about to be airlifted to Melbourne following a two car crash in Maiden Gully, police say
She has abdominal injuries after the crash.
Two other people have been sent to Bendigo hospital via road ambulance.
A Subaru sedan entering the intersection from Monsants Road failed to give way, Senior Constable Dale Andrews said.
It collided with a Holden Ute travelling the Calder Highway towards Marong, he said.
The ute then hit a tree.
One west-bound lane of the Calder Highway is expected to remained blocked for at least another hour and police on scene are directing traffic past the crash site.
10.50am:
EMERGENCY services are working to remove someone from their vehicle after a crash in Maiden Gully.
CFA, police and paramedics are on scene.
The VicEmergency website has located the crash on the Calder Highway at the Hermitage Road intersection.
The crash was reported to emergency services at about 10.30am.
