Four people charged following a series of events which resulted in the stabbing death of a man at One Tree Hill last month, have been granted bail.
Steven Judge died from stab wounds to his abdomen on the night of March 15.
A 19-year-old Kennington man was previously arrested in relation to his death and has been released pending further enquiries.
Police today arrested Jara Lee Dix, 20, Bo Kevin Valli, 22, Benjamin Keith Judge, 28, and Harley James Dix, 27, who appeared in Bendigo Magistrates' Court this afternoon.
All four are charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment and intentionally causing injury.
Ms Dix is also charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice by signing a sworn statement on March 16 that allegedly contained false and misleading information about the circumstances surrounding the death.
She is also accused of committing perjury in relation to a statement allegedly containing false statements regarding the circumstances of the fatal incident.
Police have charged Ms Dix with conspiring with Mr Valli, Mr Judge and Mr Dix between March 13 and March 15 to kidnap a male, by forming a plan to take him into the bush to assault him.
She is also accused of conspiring to commit false imprisonment in relation to this plan.
Mr Valli, Mr Judge and Mr Dix are also each charged with conspiring with Jara Dix to kidnap and commit false imprisonment.
The four were granted bail with conditions that included reporting to police weekly, living at set addresses, and not associating with co-accused.
Magistrate John Murphy also granted final personal safety intervention orders against Mr Valli, Mr Judge and Mr Dix, which prohibits them from contacting a protected person, approaching that person or the place they live or work, publishing any information online about them, stalking them, or attempting to locate or keep them under surveillance.
An interim personal safety intervention order remains against Ms Dix and will return to court next month.
A committal mention will be held July 10.
The police investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
