A magistrate will determine later this year whether there is enough evidence for an accused drug trafficker to face trial in the County Court.
Thai Di Muoi, 27, is charged with three counts of trafficking cannabis, three counts of cultivating cannabis, two counts of theft, three counts of dealing with the suspected proceeds of crime and fraudulently using a licence.

Mr Muoi appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court this week, where he learned he would face a contested committal hearing in June.
Police allege he trafficked cannabis at Huntly and Kangaroo Flat in October 2018 and January this year.

Mr Muoi is also accused of cultivating cannabis at those same locations.
It is also alleged he dealt with property of $74,790 that is suspected to be the proceeds of crime.
Mr Muoi is alleged to have stolen electricity from Powercor at Huntly and Kangaroo Flat.
