Woolworths will close about under-performing 30 Big W stores and two distribution centres over the next three years.

On the same day that Big W publicly announced the impending closure of 30 stores it also submitted a new Enterprise Agreement that allowed for staff members to be forcibly made redundant, according to the Retail and Fast Food Workers Union (RAFFWU).
