The former Bendigo Thunder player was rewarded for an outstanding season in defence with Carlton.
A star basketballer as a junior, Harrington played in the SEABL and WNBL before crossing to football where she has become a key member of the Carlton squad which qualified for this year's AFLW grand final.
In her second season of AFLW, Harrington led Carlton for one per centers and rebound 50s.
