A new tenant is "coming soon" to the premises in Kennington Village, according to an advertisement on the window facing Condon Street.
The premises were formerly home to two-storey pub Hashtag Public Bar which opened in 2014, with the then-owner telling the Bendigo Advertiser he hoped to develop the concept into a national franchise.
The business closed two years later and entered external administration.
Creditors voted to wind up the company that December, with plans made for a liquidation of assets.

The site has also been home to restaurant Solsbury Hill, which opened in May 2018.
Plans for the latest venture at the premises were not known, but Katimi Pty Ltd was displaying plans to "sell liquor for consumption on and off the premises".
The Melbourne-based company has lodged an application with the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation, detailing hopes to trade between 7am and 1am most days, except on Sundays, when it would be open for three hours from 8am.
The business had also applied to trade on Good Fridays and Anzac Days between noon and 11pm.
No planning application has been lodged with the City of Greater Bendigo.
The director of Katimi Pty Ltd has been contacted for comment.
