The Blues defender underwent scans on Sunday and was cleared of any structural damage.
"I will have no problems recovering in the lead-up to the grand final," Harrington said.
"We're going to take it one day at a time in terms of rehabilitation and recovery."
Harrington - who is a physiotherapist - said she was confident in the rehabilitation program that was in place which ensured she would be ready to play in her debut grand final.
Carlton defeated Fremantle 9.10.64 to 4.4.28 and will now play Adelaide in the team's first AFLW grand final appearance this Sunday.
"It was the team's best performance so far this season," Harrington.
"Fremantle and Adelaide have been the benchmark teams.
"We're proud of the way the girls prepared for the match against Fremantle and how we executed our plan."
