The Kate Hargreaves-trained four-year-old made it back-to-back wins with his 12.4 metre victory at Ballarat on Wednesday night.
His triumph continued a winning run for the young pairing of Hargreaves and driver Alex Ashwood, who have three wins from their last three starts.
The couple picked up a winner with the former Peter Manning-trained pacer Toolern Art Miss at Shepparton on Tuesday night.
Well Defined had previously won at Geelong on February 25, breaking his maiden status at start number 23.
The gelding has only been under the care of Hargreaves since June last year after starting his career in New Zealand.
