The Mick Sell-trained seven-year old staged a fabulous from last to first run to defeat a small but talented field in a benchmark 90 event over 1550m.
It was the mare’s 11th career win from 57 starts and pushed her career earnings beyond $300,000.
She was ridden for the first time by apprentice Tahlia Hope.
Penny To Sell has now won four races since October, with her victories including the $45,000 Dunkeld Cup in November and a $100,000 race at Flemington in December.
The mare finished 21st in the All-Star Mile public vote, with connections hoping to win their way into the field via one of three remaining wildcards for the March 16 weight-for-age race.

Meanwhile, Sutton Grange trainer Brent Stanley continued his good run at Morphettville on Saturday when Lucky Fish prevailed in a 1250m benchmark 75 handicap.
The win was the six-year-old gelding’s seventh in 40 starts and first in seven starts since his win at Bendigo in September.
Only six of those wins have been for Stanley, with the horse’s first win coming under former trainer Gai Waterhouse at Hawkesbury in late 2015.
Stanley now has four wins from his past 13 starts, all with different horses.
