Ninety-six per cent of Girton Grammar School’s 120 applicants received a first-round offer.
The school said students selected from a variety of courses, with the University of Melbourne and Monash University among the most popular tertiary destinations.
“These results demonstrate a commitment to learning by students, teachers and parents,” Girton Grammar School headmaster Matthew Maruff said.
“The relationships shared by these three groups have allowed our students to choose a preferred future.”

East Loddon P-12 College congratulated 10 of its 2018 graduates on receiving either their first preference or their preferred course pathway.
At least six of those students intend to pursue further studies in regional Victorian cities.
Three of the students received offers from La Trobe University in Bendigo.
“We are so proud of you all,” East Loddon P-12 College senior sub-school leader Sarah Byrne said.
“Best wishes for your future studies – we know you will do your best and be a success.”
She said many of the students had received early entrance offers.
“Some students had actually received confirmation as early as December,” Ms Byrne said.
The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre has released a total of 60,151 undergraduate offers since November.
About 79 per cent of applicants received an offer in today’s round.
VTAC director Catherine Wills congratulated the offered applicants on their success to date and reminded all other applicants there were still four more domestic rounds of offers and plenty of opportunities to change course preferences.
Victorian Acting Minister for Training and Skills and Higher Education James Merlino also encouraged students to enrol in one of the state’s 30 priority TAFE courses and 20 pre-apprenticeship courses.
