WA Country, unbeaten in the one-day preliminary rounds, was also crowned the overall champions for the carnival.
After winning the toss and batting, WA Country pair Nathan Crosby and Tim Hutchison put their side in a strong position at 2-106.
However, when Crosby (42) and Hutchison (55) fell, the WA Country innings lost momentum and the visitors were bowled out for 188.
Lee Stockdale (4-36) and Tony Caccaviello (3-28) bowled well for the Vics.
In repy, Victoria Country fell from 0-40 to all out for just 119.
Sandhurst’s Ash Gray batted at number seven for Victoria Country and was dismissed for a duck.
Gray finished the carnival with 119 runs at an average of 14.9 and a highest score of 52.
Victoria Country finished the carnival in second place behind WA Country.
Queensland were third, with New South Wales fourth and South Australia fifth.
