As usual, there’ll be two rounds of fireworks.
An early display at 9.15pm caters to those with early bedtimes, and a midnight round will fill the night with colour.

City of Greater Bendigo’s manager of tourism and major events Terry Karamaloudis said there was no better way than fireworks in Rosalind Park to ring in the new year.
Mr Karamaloudis urged people make the most of the night and enjoy the display with a picnic.
“Come out, enjoy the night and welcome… 2019,” he said.
“It’s an exciting way to finish the year.”

Mr Karamaloudis warned residents to be careful of their pets, who can run away if frightened by the sound of fireworks.
COGB’s safe and healthy environments manager Caroline Grylls said officers were always very busy on Friday night picking up pets who have been frightened by the sound of fireworks.
An 85 metre exclusion zone applies around the poppet head in Rosalind Park.
