Tetiya Bysouth, 18, appeared in Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
He was charged with the offences on Thursday, December 27, after a warrant was issued for his arrest on Christmas Eve.
He made no application for bail.
Mr Bysouth will again appear in court in late March next year, for a committal mention.
