Seven of the city’s famous historic landmarks will take part in Bendigo Heritage Uncorked with more than 50 wines and regionally-sourced food being showcased.
Two or three wineries will feature at each of the Wine Bank on View, Hotel Shamrock, Ulumbarra Theatre, The Chinese Gardens, MacKenzie Quarters, Clogs and FOS Kitchen & Bar.
“Bendigo Uncorked Week is full of incredible wine and food events, learning experiences and a chance to discover more about Bendigo’s architectural heritage,” Bendigo Winegrowers Association president Wes Vine said.
“We’ve partnered with local restaurants and venues to bring together the region’s best local drops, luxe dining experiences and grand gold rush architecture.”
Tickets are $130 and include complimentary wine tastings, seven specialty tasting dishes, souvenir tasting glass and carry bag.
Venues open at 11am and the festival goes through until 5pm.
