O’Keefe, who plays at club level with Carlton in Premier Cricket, has been one of Victoria Country’s key bowlers in the opening four rounds of the tournament in Queensland.
In the round one win over ACT/NSW Country, O’Keefe produced a superb spell of 3-33 off 10 overs.
He was wicketless in the round two win over Northern Territory, before taking 1-44 in the round three loss to Queensland.
O’Keefe had only batted twice in the first games. He made a duck against the Queenslanders.
In Friday’s day-night clash against Western Australia, Victoria Country made 211, with O’Keefe coming in late in the innings and making 10 off eight balls.
In reply, WA were 2-85 midway through its chase. O’Keefe had 1-17 off five overs.
Victoria Country plays South Australia in round five on Sunday before the knockout stages start on Monday.
Semi-finals will be played on Wednesday with the grand final on Thursday.
