The Royal Blues and Tigers will meet in the first semi-final at Wycheproof.
Donald finished one game ahead of Sea Lake Nandaly on the ladder, but the Tigers won both their home and away meetings by 13 and 80 points.
Both teams have made two changes – Anthony Raso and Bryan Beckham are in for Donald, with the outs Caleb Leith and Nathaniel Clark.
And Joel Clohesy and Hugh Herben are inclusions for the Tigers, who have Brody Weir and veteran Jordan Doering as outs.
