The home and away season came to a close last weekend, with the undefeated Bendigo Thunder earning a direct path through to the grand final by finishing in top spot.

The Storm and Bulldogs finished second and third on the ladder and will clash in the preliminary final this Sunday at Strathfieldsaye’s Enterprise Oval.
The grand final will be played on Sunday, August 26, from 2.30pm at Weeroona Oval.
In last Sunday’s round 15 matches the Thunder defeated Kyneton 22.17 (149) to 0.1 (1) and Strathfieldsaye beat Kangaroo Flat 6.7 (43) to 2.2 (14).
The league presentation will be held next Monday night at the Bendigo Club.
