Tyrian Andrews has pleaded guilty to one count of dangerous driving causing death in relation to a February 2016 crash at Moama that killed another Bendigo woman, 22-year-old Stephanie Pitson.
Andrews will appear at the Downing Centre District Court.
She is expected to appear via video link from a correctional facility.
An arrest warrant was issued for Andrews after she did not appear at Griffith District Court for sentencing on Friday, despite having attended a hearing the previous day.
Ms Pitson died at the scene and Andrews suffered serious injuries in the February 13, 2016 crash on Perricoota Road.
The car Andrews was driving left the road and struck a tree, then came to rest on its side.
