The attacks hit one area on the outskirts of the capital, as well as the districts of Ghormach, Qaisar, Almar, Shirin Tagab, and Khawaja Sabz Posh, provincial council head Mohammad Tahir Rahmani told dpa.
Smaller attacks took place in northern Baghlan, southern Helmand and Kandahar but left no casualties.
The attacks came as Taliban militants resumed normal offensives throughout the war-torn country following three days of a ceasefire with the government.
Millions of Afghans had celebrated the ceasefire and the Muslim Eid holiday on the weekend amid almost surreal scenes of brotherhood between Taliban militants and government officials. The ceasefire was the first since the group's fall in 2001.
Though Afghan President Ashraf Ghani had extended the government's ceasefire duration and requested the Taliban to do the same, the militants denied the request.
During the ceasefire, Taliban militants were able to receive medical and humanitarian assistance and Taliban prisoners could see their families, he added.
The government also released some Taliban prisoners, Ghani said.
