CVCC committee member Brendan Ruiter said more than 350 cars would be on display which included new and older vehicles.
“Anything from cars from the 1920s to current day models,” Mr Ruiter said.
“We always have a lot of people come to Bendigo for the weekend from interstate and overseas.
“It’s a chance to get together with like minded people and talk about our love for cars.”
The event will have a range of all makes and models of Chrysler vehicles on display and its the second largest gathering of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
Mr Ruiter’s enthusiasm for Chryslers started at a very young age and the passion still remains with him today.
“When I was a child that’s all we ever had, it’s all my dad ever bought,” he said.
CVCC is based in Bendigo and has approximately 60 car enthusiast members who span a wide array of age groups.

The Show and Shine on Sunday will commence at 8am and will be held in the streets surrounding the Town Hall, and will include trade stalls and swap sites.
The Mid State Mopars will also include a cruise to Castlemaine to view a private car collection which will depart from Lake Weeroona at 1pm on Saturday.
Each year the club donates the proceeds to charity and this year they will give $5000 to Parkinson’s Victoria, $1000 to Fresh FM 101.5 and $1000 to the Marong SES.
“This year we chose to donate to Parkinson’s Victoria because we have two members who have been affected,” Mr Ruiter said.
