Michael Garry Suckling’s case was today adjourned, pending further discussions between his lawyer and the prosecution.
Mr Suckling is accused of causing the death of a passenger after the vehicle he was alleged to have been driving crashed into a pole at the corner of Forest and Urquhart streets in Castlemaine in January.
