Sharp’s bag of goals was the highlight of the Storm’s 24.18 (162) to 8.5 (53) victory.
The Storm set the tone early with a five-goal to none first term with the breeze.
The Magpies responded well with three goals of their own in the second term, but another Storm onslaught in the third quarter ensured the reigning premier would win by a triple-figure margin.
Sharp’s 11-goals was the sixth time since the start of the 2017 season that he’s kicked a double-figure haul.
Strath’s premier player this season Kal Geary, who won’t be joining Sharp on inter-league duties, produced another stellar performance.
Youngsters Lachy Ratcliffe and Lachy Gill (four goals) made sure they’ll keep their spots in the senior side, while ruckman Harry Crone and midfielder Trent Donnan impressed.
Callum Rowe was best for the Pies, while 19-year-old Jack Hayward showed plenty through the middle of the ground. Veteran Luke Bucknall and another youngster Zac Polinelli battled hard against the odds.
