The man was taken from La Larr Ba Gauwa Park to Bendigo Health by road ambulance in a stable condition.
It is understood he might have suffered broken bones.
UPDATE: An SES spokeswoman said the man was extracted at 4pm.
The spokeswoman said he had come off his mountain bike and was 500m from the highway.
He was transported to hospital.
EARLIER: PARAMEDICS are assessing a man for suspected shoulder injuries in Harcourt North.
The Air Ambulance was dispatched about 2pm today following reports a man had come off a mountain bike.
Emergency services are still responding to the incident.
