The wakeboards, both branded Liquid Force, were stolen between 8.30pm on Good Friday and 8.30am the following day.
The wakeboards were on a boat that was parked at a campsite on the Murray River in the Torrumbarry Weir area.
Police have released images of the kinds of wakeboards stolen.
Anyone who might have information on the theft is asked to call Echuca police on 5483 1500 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
