Bendigo Tourism Board chair Kathie Bolitho officially launched the new guide at the Bendigo Art Gallery on Monday night.
“We have an industry full of passionate people who work very hard each day to offer world class experiences to visitors no matter whether in the accommodation, hospitality, food and wine or attractions sector,” she said.
“I would encourage all locals to pick up a copy from the Bendigo Visitor Centre and keep it handy for the next time they have visiting friends and relatives in town because you will be amazed by all that our city has to offer.
“Even in the digital world, the booklet still remains incredibly popular and is a great resource for everyone.”

City of Greater Bendigo manager of tourism and major events Terry Karamaloudis said the booklet was great for visitors to the city as it provided them with an insight to Bendigo.
“It really is the blueprint document which steers and guide new visitors to the city,” he said.
“The imagery in the guide captures the high-quality experiences we have on offer in the city.”
The guide encompasses both Bendigo and Heathcote and provides information on major events that are held throughout the year and also information about sightseeing in the region, restaurants and other activities.
It also features neighbouring regions Castlemaine, Loddon, Maldon and Maryborough.
