Police have arrested one teenager and another is on the run after a break-in at an Echuca gym in the early hours of Friday morning.
About 1.50am, two offenders gained access to the roof of an adjoining building in Hare Street and smashed a second-storey window to get into the gym.
Sergeant Justin McAuley from Echuca police said the offenders caused a considerable amount of damage once inside.
Police officers attended the scene and also accessed the roof, where they apprehended a 15-year-old boy.
One offender fled the scene.
Sergeant McAuley said it was unclear at this stage whether anything had been stolen from the gym.
